The Miss Collegiate North Scholarship Program is for young women between the ages of 17 and 24 and the Miss Collegiate North's Outstanding Teen Program is for young women between the ages of 13 and 17. You must still be in high school and not a senior.

To be eligible to compete for Miss Collegiate North you must attend one of the following college/universities.

Miss contestants must contribute $100 to Miss America's national sponsor, The Children's Miracle Network. This is done online at this website.
Teen
Miss Collegiate North Outstanding Teen is an open pageant. Miss Collegiate North requires that you are an Indiana resident or attend school full-time in Indiana.
To compete you must -
All teen contestants must pay a $100 entry fee to the Miss Collegiate North Scholarship Organization.
Competition
Miss contestants compete in interview, talent, evening wear, on stage question, and lifestyle and fitness in swimwear.
Teen Contestants compete in interview, talent, evening wear, on stage question, and lifestyle and fitness in sportswear.

To compete you must -
- Be between the ages of 17 and 24.
- Be a United States citizen.
- Be a resident of Indiana, full time student at a college or university in Indiana, or employeed full time in the state of Indiana.
- Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization.
- Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements.
- Be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities as set forth by the local program in which you compete.

- Be a United States citizen.
- Meet residency requirements for competing in a certain town or state.
- Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization.
- Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements.
- Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the local program in which you compete.
- Must not be eligible to compete in the Miss America Competition.
